- KAAM SETU is a platform connecting customers with independent service providers. Service providers are responsible for the quality of their work; the platform assists with dispute resolution.
- Accounts are created with an OTP-verified mobile number. One person may hold several roles.
- The scope, price, date and materials recorded in a booking are the agreement between both parties. Changes require the other party's approval.
- Accounts may be suspended for false information, fraud, harassment, child labour or unsafe work.
